Today was the coldest of any day in the past month. It was 28 degrees this morning. It doesn?t often get that cold around here. I had to decide if I was going to ride to work in this extreme cold. After watching some of the morning news it showed several cars spinning out on the ice that had built up overnight onВ many roads in the city I decided to drive instead. В I then drove home for lunch and rode back to work on the Optibike since it was now about 40 degrees. On the return trip home later in the early evening it was already getting quite cold so I?m sure it is going to be another cold one again tonight. One of the hardest parts of my body to keep warm while riding is my face. Here is what I look like when it is really cold outside and I need to go out on these rides:
